WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We understand that plans can change! Cancellations do not incur a charge if made in advance. Cancellations made after 6 PM the day before a scheduled cleaning will incur a fee. This helps us fairly manage our cleaners’ time and schedules.
