We collect information from clients, including name, phone number, email address, service address, booking details, payment information processed securely via Stripe, and communication history. From cleaners, we collect name, phone number, email, address, Social Security number or tax identification for W-9 purposes, background check information, work history and references, and completed forms submitted via ClickUp or PandaDoc. We may also automatically collect device type, IP address, browser type, cookies, analytics data, and usage metrics when you interact with our website.

Information is collected through BookingKoala forms, website booking forms, Google Analytics, ClickUp onboarding, PandaDoc documents, Zapier automations, Stripe payment processing, and email or phone communications. We use personal data to schedule and manage cleaning appointments, match clients with independent cleaners, process payments, communicate updates, confirmations, and reminders, conduct background checks for cleaners, improve services and website performance, and comply with legal obligations.
We may share information with service providers including BookingKoala for scheduling, Stripe for payment processing, Google Workspace for email and storage, Google Analytics for website analytics, PandaDoc for onboarding documents, ClickUp for task and onboarding forms, Zapier for workflow automation, and OpenPhone/Quo for communication. We may also share clients’ service information (name, address, and notes) with the assigned cleaner. We may disclose information as required to comply with law, court orders, or to prevent fraud. We do not sell or trade personal information.

We use industry-standard measures to protect information, including SSL encryption, limited access to sensitive data, secure payment processing through Stripe, and encrypted storage via trusted providers. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We use cookies and tracking via Google Analytics to monitor website usage and performance. Users may disable cookies in their browser, but some website functionality may be limited.
We retain client booking records for business purposes and cleaner onboarding documents, W-9 forms, and tax records as required by law.
