WhiteStone Cleaning LLC – Terms of Service

Welcome to WHITESTONE CLEANING LLC (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “WhiteStone Cleaning”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, booking platform, and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

WhiteStone Cleaning LLC is a cleaning referral agency based in Florida. We do not employ cleaners. All cleaning professionals (“Cleaners”) are independent contractors who operate their own businesses. Our role is limited to receiving service requests from customers, matching customers with vetted independent cleaners, managing scheduling, and processing payments on behalf of cleaners. We do not control how cleaners perform their work and are not responsible for the actions, omissions, or conduct of any independent contractor.

You acknowledge and agree that cleaners are 1099 independent contractors, not employees. WhiteStone Cleaning LLC does not supervise, train, or direct cleaners. Cleaners provide their own tools, equipment, and supplies, although clients may request cleaners to use client-provided supplies. WhiteStone Cleaning LLC is not liable for damages caused by cleaners, theft or loss of personal items, injury or accidents occurring during a cleaning, or cleaners’ failure to complete or perform services. Any disputes regarding work quality, damages, or conduct will be handled directly with the assigned cleaner.

Services are booked through our website using BookingKoala. You must provide accurate information regarding square footage, number of rooms, condition of the property, and any special requests. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in price adjustments or cancellation. Payments are processed by Stripe through BookingKoala using debit or credit card. You authorize us to charge your card at the time of booking. Rates charged to customers are set by WhiteStone Cleaning LLC, and cleaner pay rates are determined by WhiteStone Cleaning LLC. We do not accept cash or checks.

Free cancellation or rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled service start time. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a $50 cancellation fee. If the cleaner arrives and cannot gain access to the property, this is considered a no-show, and a $50 fee applies. Refunds are offered on a case-by-case basis. If you feel the service was unsatisfactory, you must contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. Depending on the situation, we may offer a re-clean of affected areas at no additional charge or a partial or full refund, although refunds are not guaranteed. We reserve the right to deny refund requests submitted after 24 hours.

Clients agree to provide safe and accessible working conditions, secure pets, remove or safeguard fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items, disclose hazards, sensitive surfaces, or unsafe areas, and provide accurate home details during booking. WhiteStone Cleaning LLC is not responsible for lost, damaged, or missing items. Cleaners are individually responsible for any damages they cause. WhiteStone Cleaning LLC does not assume liability for cleaner actions, and is not responsible for scratches, normal wear, or pre-existing damage, or damage to items not properly secured by the client. To file a damage claim, clients must notify us within 24 hours of the service. Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the service.

We do not guarantee any specific outcome, standard, or result of services. As a referral agency, actual service performance lies solely with the independent cleaner. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our website, services, or features at any time without notice, and we are not liable for any loss, damages, or inconvenience caused by such modifications or discontinuation.

By using our website or services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old or legally capable of entering into a binding contract, and that you are not prohibited by law from using our services. Our services are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, such as BookingKoala or Stripe. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse or control these third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or any losses resulting from their use. By providing a phone number, you consent to receive SMS/text messages related to booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and customer communications. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, although standard messaging/data rates may apply.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WhiteStone Cleaning LLC, its officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the site or services, breach of these Terms, any content you provide, or claims related to damages, misuse, or violation of law.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements you enter into with WhiteStone Cleaning LLC, including click-through agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of our website and services. Any prior agreements, discussions, or representations are superseded.

All website content, branding, and materials are owned by WhiteStone Cleaning LLC and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission. Our operations rely on third-party systems, including BookingKoala, Stripe, Google Workspace, Google Analytics, PandaDoc, ClickUp, OpenPhone/Quo, and Zapier. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or failures caused by these providers.

You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of these Terms or services will be resolved by binding arbitration, not in court. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit. Arbitration will take place in Florida, under Florida law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
